Existing customers and First-Time buyers who are located within Malaysia.
2. What if I am located outside Malaysia?
No, Participants must be located in Malaysia to be a valid participant in this campaign.
3. What if I’m not within Malaysia and don’t have a Malaysia delivery address?
Participants are not eligible to join Grab With 10 Campaign.
4. How do I enter the giveaway?

Step 2️ Choose Your method of refund (E-Wallet or PW Points) OR if you want to use PW Points to purchase, and Quantity (Up to 20 Quantities per customer)
Step 3️ Fill In Your Personal Details and click “Place Order Now” (Please put a remark if your E-Wallet name is different from your personal name)
Step 4️ Scan the Touch N Go and make your payment. (For E-Wallet payments only)
Step 5️ Upload your payment proof at the “upload receipt” section. (For E-Wallet payments only)

5. What if I use payment method other than Touch N Go E-Wallet and PW Points?
The payment will not be counted as a valid entry.
6. Can I select more than 1 Quantity so that I have more than 1 Entry?
Yes. One existing customer is entitled to a total maximum of 20 entries, meaning that you can buy up to RM200.
7. What if I enter a total entry of more than 20 entries / RM200?
Only 20 entries will be counted as valid.
8. What if I pay through Pacific Wise website checkout instead of using the given campaign checkout link?
The payment will not be counted as a valid entry.
9. What if I am not a selected winner for the campaign?
All participants who are not selected will be refunded 100% of your deposit to your E-Wallet/ PW Account depending on the method of purchase. 120% of your deposit into PW Points is only valid for customers that purchased the entry using E-Wallets only. Refunds will start from 11 October 2021 and participants will be refunded within 5 working days.
10. When does the campaign start and ends?
The campaign starts from 1 September 2021 and ends on 30 September 2021 at 11:59 P.M.
11. What if I join after the campaign period?
The payment will not be counted as a valid entry.
12. Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We will never share your data with third-parties or use it to spam you.
13. I wasn’t able to complete some entries. What can I do?

14. How do you pick the winner?
Winner is selected through a random draw using a computerized system at the end of the campaign period.
15. How will I know if I win?
Winner will be announced on 8 October 2021 (3:00PM) on Pacific Wise official Facebook page's Live Stream. Winner will also be contacted through WhatsApp messenger.
16. I believe I’ve won a giveaway, what should I do?
Our representatives will contact you shortly by WhatsApp. Winner will have 72 hours upon the results announcement to claim your prize. Failing to do so will result in your prize being forfeited.
17. Will winner be refunded as well?
No, only participants that are not selected as winner will be refunded.
18. I deposited more than RM200 / 20 Entries, will i be able to get 20% extra PW Points?
Yes. However, the extra 20% PW Points is capped at RM40 worth of PW Points on refund if you choose to refund in Pacific Wise Points. Participants who bought more than 20 Entries / RM200 using E-Wallet and choose PW Points method of refund will receive their full deposit in PW Points + RM40 worth of PW Points.
For example, participant who bought 25 entries (RM250) will only get a refund of RM250 value in PW Points + RM40 Extra PW Points from us.
19. What if the RM1800 Target for this campaign did not reached within the campaign period?
There will be no winner for the Apple iPad. Every participant will be refunded according to the refund method chosen.
20. I purchase my entries using PW Points, will I be eligible for the extra 20% refund of PW Points?
No, only participants that purchased the campaign entry using E-Wallet and select the refund method of PW Points are eligible for the extra 20% PW Points.
21. I wanted to purchase 5 campaign entries but I only have enough PW Points to to purchase 2. Can I use my E-Wallet to purchase another 3?
Yes, you can. However, do take note that one existing PW customer can only have a TOTAL of 20 entries for this campaign.
22. I won a giveaway and I want to say thanks. What can I do?
One way you can say thanks is to announce you won on social media and tag our official Facebook or Twitter accounts. Please also consider sharing a picture of yourself with your prize.
Terms & Condition
1. Valid for existing and first time Pacific Wise customers only.
2. Only available for customers within MALAYSIA with a MALAYSIA delivery address.
3. Only payments that are made through “Touch n Go” E-Wallet and PW Points are eligible for this “Grab With 10” campaign.
4. One (1) Entry for the campaign cost RM10, Which is fully refundable AFTER the campaign period ends.
5. Each participant is only limited to 20 Entries, which equals to a Total maximum of RM200. Participants who enter more than 20 entries (More than RM200) will be counted as 20 Entries only.
6.Campaign target of RM1800 in total participants entry fee within the campaign period must be achieved in order for a winner to be picked. If the RM1800 target did not achieved within the campaign period, every participant will be refunded with no winner for the iPad.
7. Paying RM10 on this item does not equal the purchase of the actual item.
8. Only one (1) winner will be chosen.
9. Winner will be announced on 8/10/2021 at 3PM on our Facebook Page Live Stream.
10. Please remember to upload your payment proof at the payment website “Upload receipt” section for participants that purchase via E-Wallet. Failure to do so will forfeit your entry for the campaign.
11. The selected winner will be contacted by our customer representatives for personal details and delivery arrangements.
12. The winner will have 72 hours upon the results announcement to reach out or respond to our WhatsApp messages. Failing to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
13. All participants that is not selected but paid with E-Wallet will be refunded either your own entry amount in full to your E-Wallet or “Full amount + 20%” of value in the form of PW Points starting from 11 October 2021 and Participants will be refunded within 5 working days to the Touch N Go E-Wallet or Pacific Wise account.
14. The winner will win One (1) Quantity of prize offered in the campaign.
15. The extra 20% PW Points is capped at RM40 worth of PW Points on refund if you purchase using E-Wallet and choose to refund in Pacific Wise Points. Participants who bought more than 20 Entries / RM200 using E-Wallet and choose PW Points method of refund will receive their full deposit in PW Points + RM40 worth of PW Points.
16. Participants who purchase the campaign entry using PW Points will not be eligible for the EXTRA 20% of PW Points.
