Terms & Conditions

  • Only selected applicants that are approved by the Pacific Wise team after the interview process will be accepted into this program.
  • A refundable deposit of RM500/Person will be charged to ensure there is no damage to the property of Pacific Wise when applicants are using our facilities.
  • Successful applicants who want to discontinue their program are required to inform at least 1 week earlier. A full deposit will be given back to the applicant if there are no damages to the facilities by the applicant.
  • Pacific Wise has the right to immediately terminate an applicant at any time from this CSR program if deem unfit and has no obligations to give a reason that is deemed valid by the applicant for its termination. Any demonstration or complaints will not be entertained. However, A full deposit will be given back to the applicant in 1 week time if there are no damages to the facilities by the applicant.
  • Upon acceptance to the program, applicants are required to snap a copy of their SSM and submit some personal details for us to keep a record. Applicant's information will not be shared with 3rd parties and strictly for Pacific Wise filing purposes.
  • The FREE office and all facilities are given to the applicant will only be available from 8.30 am - 5.30 pm on Monday - Friday. Applicants are expected to leave the office premises outside of the available time.
  • Applicants are strictly prohibited from staying in the office premises outside the available time.
  • Office access card will be given to the successful applicants to access the office and its facilities. It is required for the applicant to keep it safe and report to Pacific Wise immediately if the access card is lost. Failure to do so may end up in hefty fines by Pacific Wise and applicants are fully responsible for lost or stolen properties.
  • Pacific Wise strictly practices Malaysia's law. Applicants are strictly prohibited to do anything illegal (such as stealing property like hacking, data and hardware) under Malaysia's law. Applicants that fail to do so will be immediately terminated and Malaysia's authorities will be notified for further actions to be taken.
  • Pacific Wise has the right to reject applications that Pacific Wise deems unfit without giving any reason to the candidate. Demonstrations, Protests, and complaints will not be entertained.
